After a check on our database, I noticed that the tracking number is incorrect and used in 2011. To resolve this issue, I highly recommend that you have an open communication with your supplier and ask him to provide a correct tracking number immediately.

In addition, you may also open a dispute 5 days after the shipment of the product until the date that the money will be released to the supplier, which would be from Sep. 11 to Oct. 15.
